NG I have a strange sleeping schedule, I sleep at 6:00 AM and wakeup at like 3:00 PM.

Is there any way I can change it to a normal schedule.

IE 12:00 To 9:00

Go to bed at a normal time, and set your alarm clock for 9am. Even if you lie awake for several hours beforehand it will still sort out your body clock for you after a couple of days.

Miss sleep for a day, then by the time 8/9pm rolls around you should be exhausted, so sleep then, and you'll wake in the morning at sometime. Make sure you get up, don't be tempted to sleep longer, and then try to make it 9/10pm before sleeping again and hopefully you'll fall into the right pattern.

Just got to miss sleeping for a night or 2.

Right here with you, I'm an hour off though 5 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Unisom or some type of sleeping aid, working out or exercise in general.

well for me, if you pull an all-nighter that resets your body clock for you to restart at a convenient time.

Yeah, that's what I've done, many times. Much more effective then other methods.

I've pulled an all-nighter then opened up the place I was working at the time @ 9. I was suppose to work the closing but this bitch was lucky I was even awake pulling that to cover her shift for her.

Turn off all the lights in your room. Even a TV will keep you awake because it's light will make your subconscious system think it's still daylight.

I used to have the same problem as OP a few summers ago, and I tried that. It's true that you wake early in the morning, but after that I just stayed up late again and the bad sleeping cycle continued.

So if there's a reason you're staying up too late (addicted to some game or computer), your best bet is to ease yourself off and then you won't feel the need to stay up too late. From there attempt to get to bed around 11:00 (maybe try reading first).

I used to be that way, but I just started to go to bed earlier (about 1:00 AM) and it's helped me get up at about 10:30 every day. I miss out on a lot less this way.

I have a stranger sleeping schedule. 6am-4pm on average. 10am-8pm if I really can't sleep. And sometimes I won't sleep at all and then go to bed at like 3am the next day and sleep like 15 hours or something crazy. And then naturally the cycle just repeats itself.

My sleeping pattern in the summer generally tends to be staying up till 2:00 or 3:00 AM, then waking up and 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM.

As a result, I skip breakfast and eat two meals a day.
