banned from audio portal

since i was a new artist submitting it said it had to await approval, i tried to upload some more and it said i was banned, does that mean i have to wait? to get approved or im banned

-use any sections of songs not originally made by you?

How about uploading copyrighted material ?
I look on the list and appears that you uploaded tracks from the band "The KNomads", you even written this in the description.
"From The Group The KNomadz, I did upload some other of their songs on another account but i forgot the password"

Newgrounds Audio Portal is for the music you make, not for uploading stuff that you like.

well my uncle is the leader of that group and he is on this account sometimes he wanted me to upload it to get more people to listen to it, im not stealing anything

it's always somones "uncle" or "brother" or whatever. if YOU didn't make it, you have no rights submitting it, even if your "uncle" or imaginary friend urged you to upload that specific piece.

if your "uncle" wants to submit something, he's warmly welcome to create an account himself and submit it.
just so you know though, new audio artists are always checked, in many cases we doublecheck with the users myspace or similiar if there is any. so if your "uncle" isn't real, don't bother make a new account and submit. catfish?

The fact of the matter is you uploaded a song that was copywrited. I could say "Oh my brother is the lead singer of Aerosmith" (and even if i had a brother) and he was, i'd still have NO right to post something like that. Why? Its copywrited. Use this mistake and learn from it when and if you make another account here on NG. Uploading music that isn't yours is a blatent slap in the face to those who take their time to write.

In that case, resubmit it and actually put some useful information in the description field. Credit your vocalists, to start.

In a nutshell, you can't upload music in which you do not have the rights to post it.
