Looks like i'm going for the gold in Most Overrated. I didn't think too many people took this stuff seriously until i saw this:

Looks like a few early frontrunners, especially davidzx for the drama queen category. If only these BBS awards counted as trophies in our profiles.

Yeah it would. Especially if it was displayed on their posts, or somewhere where it's always in your face.
However, it does sound like a good idea, and it might encourage posters to strive for certain awards, like drawing better to get votes for best artist.

But most likely someone will fuck it up by being a drama queen all the time.

I feel like that is a bad idea. Even though I won Most Underrated in '07, I wouldn't want to have a trophy in my page for it if it meant that people on the BBS would have that much more of an incentive to win these little awards. I feel like it would result in a lot of pettiness, immaturity, and probably a lot of people bugging others to nominate/vote for them. In the end, the users with the most friends would win, although some people might say that this is already the case.

Personaly i think im very underrated for all im around in the clubs/crews and the Wi/Ht forums. Just because my face only shows up so much in the the general forum does not mean anything. I'm just saying is all, if you want to debate anything shoot and i'll reply.

You'll get the most notice if you post in general. Most of the users that stumble upon the awards threads are general users.

Though, even then, you still may not be noticed. I've been a general regular for years and I've only gotten one nomination. I'm not remembered as a general rule. It's not like it's that big of a deal, but it is interesting.
