Ok, so a police officer tased an unarmed, 14-year old girl, who had a history of brain problems already. This police officer is an idiot. God, he's so stupid that I hope to one day read about him in a copy of Darwin Awards 6. I hope he gets fired and charged. Seriously, that girl's gonna have trouble making new friends and keeping current ones with that huge scar on her head. The girl should be compensated from the officers own money until he has no money left to pay for the house and can't afford anything more than a medium cardboard box.

Hey. It's not the cop's fault.

She was physically harming HER OWN MOTHER to the point where the mom had to call the police. She tried to assault the police officer, and he just did what he thought would work. She has a history of epilepsy, but that doesn't call for charging a police officer. Even if he managed to subdue her and take her in, she would have been charged with domestic violence and assaulting a police officer.
