Drinking one coffee a day could lead to a caffiene addiction, so naturally drinking one monster a day can get you hooked MUCH faster.

It tastes awful, and it's full of sugar, like crazy amount of sugar. So yeah, it's bad for you. Drank one once, but it actually made me crash. I was asleep the whole day, lol.

monster is piss with food coloring and lots of sugar in it, while red bull may be piss colored, but is in small contained cans and has a large kick to it, kinda like a kick a donkey gives you. and it be tangy.

It's got monster sugar amounts... But I doubt it's worse than any of the other energy drinks out there. Don't use it regularly. MAYBE if you REALLY need to get a project done, but only if you don't need to be TOO awake later

If you drink many cans in consecutive order on a daily or weekly basis it is definitely not good for you. How bad it is, I don't know though.

It's only good in moderation because it is jam-packed with sugar and caffeine.

For everyone who said energy drinks taste bad, It's an aquired taste, Just like beer. Yes, All energy drinks are infact bad for you, However, If you only drink one or maybe two a day every second day you will be fine.
Do not have two for a couple of days then say, I feel healthy and go up to three or four. I know people who have done that, Bad idea.

It's got caffeine and other artificial-energy-causing ingredients in it, so it's obvious there will be side effects when you drink it. Anything like that increases the heart rate as well, so unless you have some reason to have an increased heart rate, you're not doing yourself any good.
