Theres a book called Garfield minus Garfield , it has Garfield comics and Garfield isn't in them which I think is pretty stupid because Garfield is what makes them funny. How exactly are these comic strips funny

They're funny because it truly shows how fucking sad and psychotic Jon is. With Garfield there, he's already talking to himself, just remove Garfield and it makes it much funnier and sadder.

garfield minus garfield is amazing. It's actually much, much funnier than the original strips in my opinion.
