Audio portal statistics?

Does anyone know if the audio portal has a statistics page like the flash portal does? (http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/stats) If not, I think it would be a good idea. I find alot of good flash and flash artist by looking at the most favorited.

Also agree. I'd also like to sort all audio by downloads or listens etc. Is this possible?

It's quite possible. I've done databasing in UNI and it's very easy.
Maybe email Tom or one of the admins and query them about it

The data does exist and could be pulled from the server, but there isn't currently an NG-based applet to take care of that.

Wouldn't be too difficult to code though, some pretty basic mySQL and php.
I'd love to see such features. go liljim! :p

Though it's a nice idea, 90% of the audio artists get little to no exposure as it is, so the stats would be REALLY one-sided in favor of a couple of people. Which, consequently, would give the little guys even less exposure.

You got that slightly wrong. The little guys would get the same exposure, not less. Also people who get on the top of statistics deserve to be there one way or another.
