i can get the bone tool to work for animations but i don't know how to get it to work in actionscript, and ideas? the idea i had was to use it as a starting point for a tongue from a frog

By "get it to work in actionscript" do you mean that you want whatever it is you boned to be able to be moved by the player? Like a ragdoll engine?
If not, please explain with more detail what you need.

And I concur, what do you mean precisly (I'm not a scripter, but I do like to know...Also....the bone option IS actionscript...Only with a GUI....or something along the lines of it...)
