how do you move your frames around? for example if i wanted to create a scene that comes later in the movie before one that comes before? i need to know so i can put my logo, preloader etc in.

no it doesnt work, it messes up the order of the frames and the tweens get fucked

How about first removing the tweens, then copying the frames you want, paste them where you want them, then put the tweens back in the original place?

How about making scenes (to access them, just press shift+F2). From the scenes panel, you can change the order how you want without having to worry about the tweens and stuff.

I think what you want to do is create a new scene. Just got to the scene menu and from there it's pretty easy.
