So we've established that you're pretty damn good at drawing bewbs, and faces to boot. Do have to say, thought, that the main things that you've got to work on, at least in this particular picture, would have to be composition, and her hands. The hands, because, well, they suck. The looked fairly scribbled, and while you definitely put the emphasis on those massive beacons of awesome, they do drag attention from the boobs, and that isn't cool. Thinks of the tits, man.
As for the background, do not be afraid to cut out a lot of the background elements if the focus is solely on the character - stylistic simplicity beats somewhat half-arsedness any day. I know that M-Vero uses little, cut-out backgrounds to great effect - just might want to see how it works.

Hey thanks for the comment, I know I have a lot to work on, the hands... yeah, they suck hard, and the background pff nothing to say, horrible, and the other thing is the legs, I dont like them, they seems to be off. I think i just wanted to draw some chick as soon as possible. Im gonna try to sketch a lot so I can improve the parts that I'm failing, and make finish drawings that I feel comfort with.
