How can I slow down a flash game?

Hi, Does anyone know if there are any programs I can download so I can slow down flash movies/games?

Oh, and I'm using a MacBook. Most, if not all of these programs are made for Windows.

Ok, I've got iTunes, Adobe PS, Garageband, 30 firefox windows, iChat, uTorrent, Limewire, Google Earth, Photobooth, Quicktime player, World of Warcraft, Adobe IIlustrator, and Adobe InDesign all running at once and fuck all is happening.. nothing has slown down, nothing.

the key is to get a bunch of flashes open at once
if you have a fairly modern pc it'll take around 100+ to start slowing down
also using an extremely outdated browser might help like ie 5 or something
