Well maybe my artist's on vacation or has computer issues... I'm not really feeling like getting a replacement this soon.

Okay guys, it is now August, exactly a month and a day left. How's everything going?

Out of curiosity, if your game involves levels, how much do you plan on putting in?

Two Important Questions:

1-Who wants to extend the deadline a bit?
Our team is going pretty well, and I'm sure we can have the game done by September 5th, but I want this game to reach its full potential, and a few extra weeks so that it doesn't feel rushed would be good.
I noticed that many people don't have much progress done, in which case, are you for the idea of an extended deadline?

2-Do you plan on sponsoring your game?
I see no reason not to. And with this being our first and largest game, it would be nice to have it sponsoring, while sticking with the Po3 and raising some charity money. If the problem is having the Po3 loading screen, then the sponsor could have his logo in the menu screen, as well as in the bottom right corner of the game or something. I don't think allowing Po3 games to be sponsored will hinder the event, in fact I think it will help it. What do you guys think?

Definitely! I PM'd Tom although I didn't expect much to happen.

Well it would be nice, it would be my first finished project too, but something inside me just tells me not to.

The whole deadline/sponsorship thing is looking a bit dodgy. As of now, we're not entirely sure whether they will keep this deadline, or extend it, and whether the games can be sponsored or not.

So how's everybody doing? I wonder how Adam Philips's game is coming through. There hasn't been a single word or screen-shot on it so far.

There's about two weeks left now. This is why I was worried if we were late at the beginning, we should be putting the finishing touches on our game now, but we're far from it.

Is there actually any teams out there that are in the final stages of their game?

A Schedule page has been made.

To quote Tom:

Games will be released in sequence based on a release schedule. They will be slotted into the schedule as teams are ready.

In other words, the closer your game release date is to Adam Philips's game, the more views you'll get.
