i have made a flash game and i tried to upload it nut it said it needs to be a swf. file when i can only save it as a fla. can anybody help me change this

When you hit control > test movie, a swf file is automatically made. It should appear right beside where ever you have your FLA file. If not go to start > C:/ > and then search for ".swf". You will find it.
