The fact is that the traditional profit structure of intellectual property corporations is dated and incapable of functioning in the current world. Preventing piracy is futile, free software is getting more and more competitive, and there is no way someone with absolutely no talent is going to make hundreds of millions of dollars a second lip syncing (like the Jonas brothers)
