Look at how many of them are California cities. Only 3, and they're all ranking 70-90.
And not to mention most of the top cities are all "white cities" compared to the nation in general.
Nebraskan, Ohian, Missourian cities in the top list? What's so great about this?

If you look at any given city from this list, you'll notice they are all 90-99% white in terms of the ethnicity of the population.

Have you ever been to them?
i grew up in illinois and i've been all around the area. after being pretty much all around the country, i can guarantee you that the midwest is the most boring place in the united states. that list is probably looking at the best places to live for senior citizens who don't want kids skateboarding past their houses.

Most of those those are rich town where everyone is employed and has a big gigantic house.
I'm pretty sure employment levels had something to do with those ratings.
It's a completely stupid article. Who cares about the top 100 cities according to CNN...seriously...I'll live wherever the fuck I want.

The top cities are always suburbs of larger towns. They have the accessibility of a small town, with all of the amenities associated with large cities.

Exactly. No beaches, no coastal areas, and I'd assume they'd have completely boring weather.

I've lived here all my life, and I can agree with that a little bit. Now it completely depends where, like the rural areas will be very cheap, but if you live in Marin or SF, the housing will be pretty damn expensive. Even it's a bit expensive here, but it's worth it to live near the coast and with things to do.

while I am happy that a Minnesotan city is #2. I disagree with them on it being Chanhassen. I never like Chanhassen. And Chaska was also in the top 25. Chaska was worse. Had horrible and aging infrastructure and has increasing gang problems... no thanks.
Plus, Eckankhar is based in Chanhassen. And cults dont sit well with me

Who you kiddin'? Me being from eastern Missouri (St. Louis), I wonder why Lake St. Louis, MO ended up 9th on that list. What's best about Lake Saint Louis: It's all white and all right. And if your not white, your all wrong.
