Its fact. Ive had sex quite a lot. Me and my girlfriend have a good sex life, about 2 or 3 times a day, on a good run ill usually last an hour and a half or 2 hours, but sometimes its half an hour to 45 minutes.

He probably didn't mean 3 hours of sex. There's foreplay, oral, penetration, cuddling, etc... I can see how all this could take 3 hours, but sex like people think of sex lasts around 20 to 30 minutes.

He's probably counting the entire sequence of "sexual events" as sex. I could probably believe the 2-3 hours thing. Some people are just superhuman like that.

Also, 2-3 hours is way too fucking long. I'd say 2 hours MAX if you counted from the second you started making out 'til the two of you are no longer engaged in any sort of cuddling, spooning, showering, making out, etc.

It is possible. I think my personal record was getting on for an hour, but that can be quite knackering if you're not in the most comfortable of positions.

There is a technique called Tantric Sex, which does make the whole thing last longer (some people do go into the realm of 'days', which I find hard to believe, but it does provide the most intense orgasms.
