it's an installer for a fake anti-virus that is really a virus that messes up your computer while pretending to be a real antivirus and saying it will only do stuff if you upgrade to the full version *takes breath* and even then it's a scam because it won't do anything and you have been ripped off but you should've been smarter than to get it in the first place.
