Listen guys,
I know that the scores today weren't particularly high but that doesn't mean that the creators didn't put any effort into their work. As you guys well know (more so than me!) making cartoons and games is a very time consuming process and takes a lot of dedication. Let's just be happy for the winners and hope that their success today gives them the confidence to continue to improve.
Springer's Final Thought:
=======================
It's no secret that we live in a superficial age and people are quick to judge and make snap decisions because, sadly, it's easier than giving people a chance.
Even here on Newgrounds submissions are judged solely on the scores they receive, how many awards they have and sometimes even who has submitted the work.
What's wrong with judging a cartoon or a game on how good it actually is?
If today's daily first was submitted by a more well know author would you be complaining?
Remember how bad yesterday's daily 2nd was? But because young Kirbopher is well known people accept the submission as being better than it really is.
Listen, I've watched all of today's winner and NONE of them were as bad as yesterdays "Transfromers: Revenge Of The Lollin'", current score 4.15.
Sometimes a low scoring submission is just a high scoring submission waiting to be discovered.
Until next time, take care of yourself...
...and each other!
