Scariest/most disturbing boss?

What do you think is the most disturbing or just plain scary boss?

I haven't played the game but Giygas freaked me out from Earthbound - seeing the vids.

His last form is an unborn baby..!!

Not necessarily the scariest, but the most surprising boss for me had to be Mother Brain's true form in Super Metroid, because I was not expecting something like... that.

But in the way of scary, another candidate would be the Nihilanth from Half-Life. It's probably the scariest unborn fetus I've ever seen.

Adam The Clown From Dead Rising

Thoughts:
Dude, he's a fucking psycho killer clown with 2 chainsaws. 'Nuff Said (But Really. He also throws Knifes at you, dances while he kills you and can spit fire. He also make balloons that can stun you.)

Cliff The Ex-Soilder From Dead Rising

Thoughts:
Look at this video. Bodies from the ceiling and he's fucking drenched in blood. Also he has a Machete and jumps in the holes in the floor and pops out and combos you.

Mendaz The Leader Of The Village In Resident Evil 4

Thoughts:
He turns into a spider like thing, attacks you from the ceiling and can insta kill you.

Saddler The Cult Leader And End Boss To Resident Evil 4

Thoughts:
Just look at him. Een his human form is creepy.

That one really scared the fuck out of me.
However, The Legend Of Zelda: Majora's fucking scared the living hell out of me, and still does to this day. Everything in the game is so creepy and eerie, and the fucking moon in that game would give me nightmares.

Those damn regenerators from Resi 4. I remember towards the end of the game, where you are by the prison bit and you open that rubbish bin, and theres one in a sack shaking around... and then when your walking next to the cells you can here one breathing. God that bit freaked me out.

Those were nasty, it was the breathing that got me and the fact you know its there but it won't come out of the cell

I beat the game on normal without groundspike gravyard devestater or critical pain devestater. Those devestaters make the game so much easier.
