When I tried to draw comic-style, I couldn't help but say "wholly shit this is hard!" I don't like manga much, but some of those artists are skilled. I hear that manga studio is the most common thing in graphic novel drawing, comic and manga alike. I am into the comics, but what do you guys think? Because it looks pretty damn cool! (And they don't use photoshop.)

Japanese comics and graphic novels are typically read from what we would call the back of the book to the front. Essentially, the opposite way round to how we would normally read.

Read this article, manga uses a "mirror" technique when translating from Japanese so you read the panels in reverse order, not the words backwards. Look in the back of a Shonen Jump manga novel at a bookstore.
