I like the Freeman's Mind series by Ross Scott on Youtube. It's Ross Scott voicing Gordon's REAL thoughts through the entire excursion through Black Mesa. There are currently 11 episodes, each about 7 minutes long. Take a look :-)

Red vs blue is a definant for me. They put a lot effort into it and I usally go on there website. Some of the short office videos they do are like something Id watch on TV.

Personally, I agree with Spiff. I think Ross Scott's stuff is always great, whether its Freeman's Mind or Civil Protection. Both are very intelligent, and very well made series. His voice work is excellent, and the use of Gmod in Civil Protection is flawless. Very realistic.
Plus its funny as hell.
Though I do love me some Arby n' the Chief too. lawl

Red and Blue is probably the worst machinima i have ever seen, its not funny, filmed poorly, and just overall sucks.
