too many good moments in too many great movies to just pick one, so I'll limit myself to recent memory.

A few days ago I checked out Knowing with Nick Cage.
**spoiler** don't read any further if you plan on seeing it **spoiler**
The apocalypse scene at the very end was so utterly surreal it was amazing. I usually hate Nicholas Cage in any movie, and this one was no different, however even he couldn't offset the utter balls-to-the-wall awesomeness that was watching the entire planet get snuffed. It's something you rarely get to see in a movie, someone always figures out a way to stop whatever disaster or alien force that is threatening annihilation at the last possible second or whatever. But this time it was just an exhilarating mass extinction that was so feasible it kinda made my hair stand on end. I must have rewound and watched it 10 times. The same goes for the plane crash scene towards the beginning. Both were amazing.

Evil Dead 2- The tooling up scene
Pulp Fiction- Playing with samurai swords
Aliens- The powerloader
Alien- I honestly don't have to say, pretty obvious
Halloween- Laurie finds all her friends diced and offed
Schindler's list- Schindler's breakdown about saving more lives
Hard Boiled- 2 minute shootout with no cuts.

Also when Tera Patrick takes a load on her chest.

When Anton screams when he sees "IM UNDER THE BED" when he's in the hospital. The best ending scene ever.

Fuck, I watched that movie yesterday with some friends and I was going to mention those moments. I shat my pants when the plane crashed, it was amazing. And watching the planet getting destroyed in such a way was amazing, pretty good special effects.

But yeah there are lots of good moments, I'd say each good movie has at least one memorable moment.

The ending usually is the best part unless you have memorable moments like in 300.

Everything Bill Foster says in Falling Down, because he speaks the truth. He is a hard-working America (like myself) who has been fucked over by a government system that favours values held by non-Americans due to the propaganda of other countries.
