Can I post this on newground?

I'm a fan of Megaman and rocket slime so, I wondered who would win a fight between the two. Finding the Idea interesting I drew a picture about what I think would happen. I really liked the picture so I wanted to put it on newgrounds. But I wondered that if the characters belong to someone else if there is somekind of condition to post this on newgrounds in the art portal. I didn't find any rule about it so I'm wondering if I missed it or if its okay. So here's the picture.

There ain't no copyright infringement in fan art, and it seems you did put some effort in, so I'd say yeah, it's fine to post.

It doesn't look too bad, actually. What program did you use?
If it was ps, you could make it a lot better tho.

It was indeed photoshop. And I'm still learning how to use it.
