Ok, so lately Ive been having random pains in my manhood area. Nothing that bad, but kinda more like random tingling that comes and goes like twice a day. And today I woke up to find that my right nut is about twice the size as the other one. It's not red or anything, and like I said it doesn't hurt on a consistant basis.

I asked my dad about it and he said the same thing happened to him, that it's just what happens when you get older. But idk, I'm not ready to let it go.

So NG, how can I find out if my balls have cancer?

meh, who noes, just a random natral anomaly probably. see a doctor if is perists for more that 2 days. My advice, lay down for about 48 hours and take it easy. you may have a twisted chord in ur manhood areas. usualy it unwinds itself, but sitting helps. see a doctor if it stays swelled for more than 48 hours.!
