Here's to hoping nothing crazy happens. With that many people, it's hard to imagine such an event will go smoothly

eh, the crowd seems pretty peaceful, nothing erupted yet. No shouting or failing the moonwalk.
His memorial service will be aired LIVE on NBC @ 1pm EDT!

Apparently not.
Just chillin' like always.
No doubt, he was a leged. Never particularly liked his music but you can not undercredit what he did for modern music and the massive impact he had, plus it's sad he passed away so young and so suddenly.
RIP
I'm watching it on the news, i'm feeling a little uncomfortable...I just can't still believe that, all that fame is now gone and he's dead. I always thought that he'd die at the age of 77 or something like that...

That's a pretty precise number, were you planning something?
Would still be pretty awesome if there was a riot or something, and people got crushed, or whatever.
But I really do hope his parents get custody of his kids. I dont think they will be fine with debra alone. They get $500 million from there father....well, MJ is not really there biological dad.

Well, at least he wants MJ to have a long life. Much longer than 50 years. With that, he coulda made a few moar songs, and enjoyed a quiet retirement.

Nothing special, just was planning the years i take to be famous like him and would be able to meet him at an award's evening or something. Not that i like him or his music but.....anyways....
I will always remember him as the child molesting piece of shit he was and wish to spit on his grave, but I can't, so I shed a couple tears for this inhuman waste of life.
What makes this thread the "official" memorial thread?

The tour he was doing was called 'This is it', ironic I know. It was going to be his last tour ever, correct me if I'm wrong but I assume that means he wasn't going to be writing any more songs anyway. As for a quiet retirement though, it's Michael Jackson, nothing in his life was ever going to be quiet. He was constantly watched and had paparazzi outside his gates just waiting to snap pictures of him going about his business.
LOL the lady in the chopper is named amelia earhart.. hope she doesnt fly that chopper over the pacific.
so its official this wasnt some sort stunt pulled by MJ, he is not going to bust out of his coffin and do thriler with a bunch of ushers.... im upset about that.. well maybe when they get to the cemetary right before they bury him hell pull it off

You bitch, he had great songs and made an impact on the world and left his mark on history. He was a music legend, at least respect that.

3 percent of the people in there are carrying guns and or explosives. Just enough to kill many many people.
Well, Zenan, you do make a point there. I guess that even after his career ending, he'd still have
50 people from the Paparazzi outside his window, taking pictures of him watching TV, and TRYING
to eat some soup, but he spills it, cuz something outside startles him, then a picture of him with spilled soup all over him and an upside down bowl is plastered all over those stupid magazines that follow the stars' lives.
