The cost would get so grotesquely high to send that stuff into space with the technology we have now. Give it another hundred or so years, then we'll deal with a large space garbage ball like in Futurama.
That's dumb, and what if putting stuff on the moon creates an effect on Tides? Have fun being responsible for Tsunami's.
Let's not forget the possibility that the waste explodes while it's still being propelled into the air. It would be spread directly in the higher regions of the atmosphere, resulting in a world-wide crisis.
I do believe you're talking about nuclear waste? It's been thought of.

Maybe in that time we'll even have giant ice dispensers on Jupiter like on Futurama too.
Go to the idea club and share the idea. Here's a link http://www.newgrounds.com/bbs/topic/1078 763
The huge amount of energy used to go to the moon that often would mean even more waste.
I think the writers from Futurama have already coined this idea slightly. I could be wrong
But i'm not.
Would you be so kind as to rate and review
You know how they patience is a virtue? why be bored and do nothing about it? Impatience is a virtue in my eyes

If you want to get rid of junk , collect all of it and stuff it into some metal ball and then rocket it into the sun.
Repeat.
yeah. but if we put it on the moon, all it would do is make it less bright.
