Well done you! I would've phoned the fire brigade straight away though, just in case it spread faster than I thought.
Well yeah, I probably should've, but it wasn't a huge fire.
Why call the Fire Department when you could use your boy scout skills.
I am no boy scout.
just called 911 when I saw a dumpster on fire. Some dumb ass kid probably lit a firework and thought it was a dud and threw in the dumpster or someone maliciously lit it on fire on purpose.
Yay for being really heroic!
Good job, OP. Setting blaze to an innocent family's home and then saving their ass.
Thanks, but let me clarify.
I wasn't anywhere near the house with fireworks I was using and the only ones I was using were those little green ones that go CRACKLECRACKLECRACKLE. And that was at a school, where everything was concrete, therefor not flammable.
Well done, I would have probably phoned the fire brigade. Lucky you had that hose so it didn't spread in the time the fire service came.
Yeah, I was gonna call them if the hose didn't work out.
Turns out heroes don't use paragraphs though...
I actually put in the spaces but they didn't stay, I promise. I must've not done it right.
How did the firework get in the neighbors yard. It appears it was yours. So this has to be a joke.
Actually, after the event, I went to my house a block away and saw a few guys screwin around with fireworks and stuff, so it might've been them, but I can't be sure.
Cool, you sprayed a 3 foot fire.
It's cooler than it sounds, even though it's not amazing, but given 10 more minutes, and the fact that nobody was around, it would've been really bad..
Basically, I prevented the needing of saving an entire burning building, by saving part of a burning building.
