Well I have a question. When you use no homo, doesn't it really make everything not gay.

"No homo" only applies to ambiguous situations. In the first example given, the prior condition was the speaker being female. It's ambiguous because it gives off both messages at once: I would fuck you, but not as we are. In the second, the homosexuality is explicit. The speaker wants to perform fellatio on the person to whom he is speaking, no prior conditions necessary. That's well outside the realm of "no homo".
