Newgrounds is actually getting better. More artists have access to better programs to animate and produce higher quality submissions to NG. Sure there are going to be dicks here, but it's the same anywhere, on or off the internet. Each day you can view tons of high quality flashes that are submitted, much unlike a few years ago where there would only be a few submissions a day that would break 3.50. The NG staff are constantly working on updating content and giving its users new shit to do. We just got the art portal which is awesome.
The only thing that's changing here is NG is getting bigger, so the dickhead ratio is going up obviously. The more popular NG gets, the more users sign up, and thus the more spam we get. But along with that, the more high quality content gets submitted.
