What is Nuspek? Nuspek (pronounced New Speak) is the cultural phenomenon of shortened, simplified speech as used in texting and chat. This form of communication is warned against in the prophetic novel 1984, which predicts a totalitarian existence where humanity is kept stupid by the government through censorship, enforced contraception, fraudulent wars solely for the purpose of reducing population, and an ironfisted control of the very thoughts of the common man. An example of NuSpek would be like using "UR" instead of "your" or "C" instead of "see."

The reason why this problem must be stopped is because it lowers the standard of intelligence in human interaction. It only allows people to exchange information in meaningless ways, so that more complex information never even enters your mind. It actually MAKES you dumber. THE WORLD IS ALREADY TOO FILLED WITH STUPID PEOPLE!!! NUSPEK MUST DIE!!!

How can YOU fight Nuspek? First of all, texting. NO. BAD USER. BAAAAADD!!! NEVER TEXT. EVER. Texting is the EPITOMY of Nuspek!
A way to fight BACK against people sending you Nuspek is the old computer language of 1337, where multiple non-alphabetical characters are combined to replace letters. An example of 1337 (pronounced "Leet" a corruption of the shortened "Elite")

I don't own a cell phone so that helps, if I did I'd only talk on it, text is a waste, that's what a computer is for.

Make ACTUAL VOICE CALLS INSTEAD.

You see, when you use your actual voice, your tone conveys greater nuance of information, such as sarcasm. I realize of course if your phone has minutes, this can be a problem. Using proper grammar in texts is about as good as you can do in that situation.
