Hi I was wondering if there was some way that I can turn my laptop into a wireless router for my 360? Since my router is hooked up downstairs and I find the 360's router to be too rich for my blood. Any help would be much appreciated.

If your laptop is connected to the internet you should be able to connect to xbox live using an ethernet cable, but you'll have to turn on the laptop before you turn on the 360.

You hook up your Xbox Ethernet cable to your laptop. Then I know if you're using vista you go to control panel and in the box next to the search box, type in "network connections" from there select your Ethernet connection and then your laptop's wireless connection. Right click. Then press "Bridge Connections". When it's done you should be able to use your laptop's wireless for Live.

I got it working. What I did was go to network connections go into the advance tab of the wireless properties and clicked allow to share connection then I connected the cable and then turned on the 360. Works fine now and no lag like I thought it was going to be.
