Yeah, I am. But I just find other shit to blow up. I made a firebomb out of match heads that I cannot wait to ignite later tonight, and I bought a huge bag of potassium nitrate for a hugeass smoke bomb. Just make your own 4th of July explosives, dude.

They're illegal here in MA, but they're really commonplace around the 4th anyway. People are heading up to New Hampshire to grab their fireworks and tax-free liquor around the 4th anyway, so they just bring 'em back in droves and set 'em off around the beaches and shit.

Cops only care if you set them off at some ungodly hour, OR, if you are a fucking idiot and cause a crowd of people to dive out of the way in fear of severe burns. Happened at the Rockport 4th of July bonfire a couple years back. Errant pyrotechnics hit some elderly woman in the crowd.

Wait wait wait. So someone tell me this: If I live in Colorado, but I'm outside city limits is it legal? Or is all of Colorado just gay?

(Gay meaning prohibiting the use of "illegal" fireworks.)
(Illegal meaning anything that leaves the ground or explodes.)

The fireworks aren't illegal, it's just illegal to shoot them off in the city.

So go out of town, aim them towards the city, and do it... Or just break the law, it's the 4th of July, like the police and shit will care.

i am... it sucks...
Yes. In Iowa, the place perfect for fireworks with big fucking fields to light them off in, has a ban on fireworks.

EXCEPT SPARKLERS THOUGH CAUSE WE ALL KNOW HOW FUCKING AMAZING AND WORTHWHILE SPARKLERS ARE RIGHT.

Sparkler bombs are an amazing thing. Look them up to have some fun in your uptight state.

I used to live in Arizona, where fireworks were strictly illegal and every child's wet-dream. After moving to a state that allows them, I began to see how over-rated they really are.

In fact, I wish I wasn't tempted to waste so much money on fireworks every year, because I always regret it.

If it shoots off the ground then it is illegal where I live. That is why I make my own fireworks, also it is cheaper that way.

I'm sick of having to go to neighboring states for my small, fiery explosives needs.

On the bright side, it makes for a great buck for those of us who are entrepreneurs, and patriotic.

I live in Colorado too, it sucks balls that they are illegal. All they sell here are fucking pop-its and sparklers, as if that is suppose to be a way to celebrate the day we back-handed the British.

Wow, where I am from the Indian reservations are sitting all over the place. There is one just up the high way from where I live.
