I was going to suggest this, but it doesn't sound like it's severe enough pain to be testicular torsion. Testicular torsion, as you can imagine, is supposed to be painful enough to virtually incapacitate you. If you had testicular torsion, the pain would be excruciating, as it generally happens rather quickly. I could be wrong, though.

There's also the possibility that you've got something else- perhaps you bruised a testicle while running. However, I would definitely recommend that you see a doctor immediately.

There's still a chance that it's a torsion, or possibly a hernia as someone else mentioned.
