Actually, milk still is much better then water.
Watered coco makes the taste rather smooth and faded away. i'm guessing chocolate+water is coco for those who don't like the creamy chocolate flavour. (really, my experience is that water makes it taste like stale biscuits)
Also, I think water is something used to cheapen it down for the people who can't afford real milk.

Don't put it in the microwave you stupid cunt.
The best way I found was to put 1 teaspoon of sugar in the mug, 3 heaped spoonfuls of hot chocolate and fill 80% of it with water. Then stir it really fast, and then fill the rest of it with milk.
If you're talking about Cocoa you need to make a paste out of it and microwave the milk in a separate container.

Tell you whats awesome, somewhat off topic. Make some chocolate milkshake, and microwave it for 25-30 seconds. If you do it in a tall, thin glass, the outside becomes warm and the middle is still cold, so you drink the different temperatures one after the other. Its awesome.
