Where Do You Like To Think?

Everybody needs a little time to themselves during the day to think about things, whether it be religion, an important business opportunity, or tits (my guess for most of you users). I believe everyone has a place where they can contemplate freely without disturbance, in complete isolation and tranquility. So, where do you like to think?

I mostly think in the shower. There certainly is something about the soothing, hot water, the steam, and the time alone that gets my brain to thinking. I actually thought of this topic in the shower, and I have spawned countless ideas while getting clean. The computer is also where the creative juices start to flow. I get engulfed in my music and NG, and it's like I'm the only one in the house.

I have this rocking chair that I love to sit and think in. The rocking motion is nice.

Although I'd have to say a good majority of my thinking happens when i'm about to fall asleep. Lying in bed alone with my thoughts always brings about greatness.

I like to think when I'm taking a dump. You feel so relaxed you can just think about your day. How your life is going. Things like that.

Ah yes, I've forgotten about that too. Usually I'll be listening to deep music or just silence in complete blackness and ideas will swim around in my head like a goldfish on crack. Also, the toilet is another great one I forgot, although I'm usually distracted by portable Yahtzee! or a book or something.

In my studio. I have two studios, one of them being a soundproof room behind an old, probably was used for storage, and the other studio simply being my bedroom.

The only time I really think deeply is when I'm writing down lyrics or ideas for lyrics.

There are a lot of times where I'll just sit down, stare off into the distance, and think of things. When I've had a drink or two, I'll even do it at a social gathering. Even when I'm posting I drift off and think about unrelated shit.

I do most of my thinking when I'm either jogging, walking or sitting at my desk with a coffee, a sheet of paper and a pen. Mostly its just when I have time to myself.

I find myself often thinking in the shower or in bed, right before I decide to go to sleep. Right now I'm on my laptop and laying down, and being quite comfortable seems to really help in terms of how and what I think of. It's really nice, being alone and quite, and not have anyone disturb you; it's absolutely perfect.

Lying in bed, maybe with some quiet music on.

I've been meaning to set aside at least one solid hour per week just for thinking. It's a good way to make sure your life is staying on track, and that the track your life is on is the one you honestly want for yourself.
