About my signature not appearing.

So I just added a new Signature, though it won't appear, it say's that I have to reload my Browser's Cache?
I can be pretty clueless when it comes to computers, so could someone elaborate?

Firefox:
Tools >> Clear Private Data >> Check at least cache. >> THERE YOU GO.

Internet Explorer:
Tools >> Delete Browsing History >> Delete Temporary Internet Files. >> THERE YOU GO.
