If you plan on having that much salt, the most difficult thing will be drinking enough water to make sure that you don't become dehydrated within an hour or so.
You might want to get your body prepped for drinking and eating large amounts. I usually do this by snacking all morning on little things, and then skipping lunch. By the time 3-4 o'clock rolls around I'm starving. To increase the speed at which I process liquids, I just make sure that I drink at LEAST a bottle of water every hour that I'm awake. By 2 or 3 o'clock the washroom will be your best friend.
To be perfectly honest, your body can't handle that much food. You'll either need to digest half of them and continue eating (nearly impossible due the hormone that makes us feel 'full'), or vomit the majority of them and continue eating.
I'll bet you can eat 55. This is without seeing a picture of you too... so I'm basically guessing how many I could eat.
