Eating all that in one day is of course bad for you. But since this is only a one time thing, it shouldn't be problematic that you have to be sent to the hospital. This is basically eating 2 days worth of food. This isn't at all dangerous from the movie "Super Size Me" where he literally ordered EVERYTHING in the whole Mcdonalds menu throughout the whole movie.

Damn, now that's a lot of fat for all those McNuggets. Be cautious about that, it's probably going to effect you after eating that. You'll start to feel that "tired" sensation.

I just know that isn't good for you. A lot of food don't have saturated fat, because it's not needed for our system (that I know of). Though, not that extreme from the grams of fat from the McNuggets.

Hope all that cholesterol doesn't give you a stroke or worse, a heart attack.
10,000 mg of sodium
1000 mg = 1 gram.
So basically, just 10 grams of sodium and if you're measuring that by yourself, it doesn't look much. But either way, we don't need THAT much salt in our bodies to function.
Anyways, a tough task. Are you just going to eat this fairly slowly and just eat it all in one go? Either choices can have a effect whether or not you finish or not. Good luck to you though.
