I used to like South Park quite a bit, though I haven't watched it in a while. And I also like watching old Beavis and Butt-Head episodes on the Internet.

This sig needs moar desu. Actually, so does this site.

Oh, that's what you're talking about? I didn't quite understand, thought you meant which cartoon had given us the best laugh. Still, Beavis and Butt-Head had great laughs when they laughed together, a double laugh which perfectly captured their dimwittedness and stupidity. So I'd have to say them.

Scooby Doo has the most obnoxious sounding laugh, but he always has a place in our heart, so it's hard to not like it. I don't have a video for it because there's one on YouTube but it has an ugly scrub in the background, so I saved you the pain.

Beavis and Butt-Head is great. The insane laughs that anime antagonists can pull off are pretty kick-ass, too.

First thing that came to my mind.

In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move.

When that purple starfish thingy in Squarepants SpongeBob laughs when Bob blows some bubbles was quite awesome. Only episode I've seen so I dunno if he laughs like that all the time or not though. Made me smile at least.
