No, you wouldn't, otherwise this list would be no better than the top experience list. It's your total voting power, as calculated by the bonus conferred by your B/P rank (14% in your case) - your total VP is somewhere around 8.55 at present, so you're well off the list.

However, it is possible to get on here, you just need more B/P, so hit the portal and you'll soon jump up the list to join in the fun.

Not much has changed other than the fact that RageVI used some type of weird moderator magic to make me miss a deposit the other day. Fortunately bila and altr have been inactive for a while, so hopefully they won't wake up anytime soon, giving me time to pass them by the next couple of updates.

You are probably referring to the first page, that post was created over 5 years ago (2 days before you signed up [Although this isn't the first VP thread]), naturally, the requirements to be on that list have increased, since you now need at least 11.15vp to be in the top 200, 10.37vp to even be on this list, so you still have a lot of Blam/protecting to do. Yes, reviews = Flash AND Audio reviews. However, I do wonder what will happen whenever the NG staff introduce Art and Literature Portals (assuming they're actually going to happen sometime). Will they have reviews or will they have comments just like news posts?
