Guys... I'm shitting my pants right now, I just committed hit and run.

I was driving along and some idiot jumps out in the middle of the damn road!!! I slammed the brakes and stopped just before I hit the guy, I wound down my window and screamed abuse at the guy for jumping out in the road like that. The mother fucker just stood there.

So I tried to carry on driving, but the idiot stands in my way, every turn I'd try to make he'd stand right there!!! I was getting pissed. I reversed back a bit and shouted at him to get out of the way or I'd run him down... He didn't answer, I warned him one more time before flooring it. I figured he was just some drunk trying to piss me off, and would jump out of the way... Anyway I hit the guy and send him flying in the air... To be honest I didn't know what came over me. I stopped the car and looked back out of the window... He wasn't moving... Scared for my life I ran back to my car and drove of like nothing had happened... whilst I was driving off I saw him stand up in my rear view mirror.....SHIT

I turned the next corner and headed straight for home. And now im typing this. Do you think he called the police NG?

To be serious, I would probably ignore it. If anything pops up about it, own up straight away to minimise any trouble you get it. I personally I don't think its worth doing much about a drunk jerk.

1. They can tell what type of car it was by the paint that rubbed off on the guy
2. They can tell what kind of tires you were using by the treads
3. If there was a convenience store, bank, or ATM nearby then they have you on video
