Okay, so in Canada the consent age is 16 right? So I'm 16 and heading to the states to see my girl friend(who is 19). Since I'm just visiting can I still bang my girlfriend despite the consent age being 18 there? Please can I avoid the bullshit and just get a straight answer please?

I'm not sure. If the age of consent is 16, then I guess so.
But since you're the minor it's your parents or you who can file a complaint. So as long as you're all okay with it, or your parents are unaware of it, it should be okay.

The laws vary state by state, but even if it is illegal, as long as you don't go around boasting highly about it, you should be fine.
