Well i dont know if its counter strike related but when i push any movement button and shoot at the same time then i let go, he moves towards the direction i was moving. Kinda gets annoying when hiding behind cover. He stops moving again when i click the direction he was moving.

lag.
have you tried looking at your ping on the score tab? if its 500+ then that might explain your problem.
try typing net_graph 5 in your console and tell us the in/out speed and the loss and choke.

70 fps in 34 out 19
This is clearly not the problem. I have also found out that it happens in all of my games. Could this be Mouse related?

Try reinstalling, or maybe your keyboard keys are sticky.

Try pressing shift 5 times and disabling sticky keys if its on. Also, try taking Num lock or scroll lock off or on. (Try both and see if it works.

This is CS 1.6? or source?
It sounds like it may be something with your keyboard. If you are typing and holding down one key, does it continue to type after you let the key go?
It could be keyboard drivers...what keyboard do you have?
