That place has a HUGE list of fan mods to download. Not all are decent, but some are very cool. Make sure to read the description, installation instructions and feedback for a mod.

Many Mods make use of the Override folder in your KOTOR folder, make sure you make a backup copy of that before you start trying to install any mods that use it, in case any of them go wrong, so you easily overwrite it with the original (if they use anything else, either back that up too, or make a note of exactly what has been changed so you can retrace your steps if it goes wrong - many mods have install/unistall instructions and readme files, some even use exe installers, but not all). I just made a copy of the basic Override folder to my docs, though I didn't have to use it, but then I only used about 6 mods.

Also, patch your game if you haven't already done so first.
