breaks the rule 'Posting flashing or strobing images, or picture spamming: repeatedly posting the same picture or posting irrelevant / overused images such as the FAIL picture.'

Now I'm not trying to backseat mod but that Flash is just crazy. I'm still freakin' sick from it.

Yes it is truly awful, and no, I don't know how shit like that makes it through. It's always baffled me how the terrible flashes with pathetic scores are allowed in, and how they aren't deleted. They aren't funny, they are simply annoying.

No it doesn't; forum rules only apply to the forums. The flash portal operates under a different set of rules.

here is how u exploit the portal

1st u make a flash group that has like 40 people
2nd submit the crappy flash when almost no one is onlien
3 have all your friends vote 5 to outweigh the 0s
4 now u have a 3.5 score on a flash u spend 10 seconds on

Haha - no. It's more like this.

1. Submit a decent animation - which wont struggle to pass.
2. Once it's passed, swap the file. Due to there not being a whistle system for flashes past judgement.

Decent animations require a bit of work, this effort does not exist in the life of a noob animator, especially those who spam the portal with shit.

Easier than you think bud. Just throw some tits in there and you've probably got a flash to get past the submission phase.

Alot of the guys who spam the portal are actually pretty decent in the program. They just chose to upload crap - because it's fun to break the system!

And they're really only to stir up controvosy like this thread - getting all riled up about it is feeding the troll - It's a self fulfilling prophecy and all that.

Just ignore them. They're not actually hurting anybody.
