Hey guys, thought you might be able to help me with this. Im trying to find a camera that can take good quality(not perfect quality) video, medium in size, and under 50 dollars. Can you guys recommend a camera for me?

A Traveler DV5040 would be the perfect choice. Great audio recording, good video quality, about the size of a Blackberry and can take pictures as well.
