Don't worry, it's not a problem at your end. With the Flash Portal, it's probably best to send a message to Wade. It would probably help him if you linked the Flash in the message, and briefly mention why you think it's stolen, just to save a bit of time.

If the entry has passed judgment users should contact us and be sure to include the submission's URL. If possible, they should tell us from whom and where it was stolen. We will then either delete the movie or contact the author to see if they would like it edited to give them proper credit. Users should not take it upon themselves to submit really cool Flash animations that aren't on Newgrounds; instead, we recommend contacting the author and suggesting they submit it to Newgrounds themselves.
