Make lots of great flash and you can earn some money. Everytime a user clicks on an ad on one of your flashes and such you get a portion of the money Tom earns. and use search also, I found a lot of posts about the Revenue.

You earn revenue when people click on links on your profile or submissions to the various portals. You don't earn anything from clicking links like a madman. To really earn anything you need to submit content to Newgrounds
