But the sea's have increased by much more before. in fact before the ice age the temperature of the earth was greater than it is now. Life can live pretty well in higher temperatures. Well besides polar bears. What we really need to watch is the ph of the oceans.

Also, one more thing. Life is not as unstable as that. Or how could algae be in the tropics and the arctics?

before i go into this polar bear population has been going up. okay now to the idea. to make a home for all of these polar bears would #1 be veeeeeeery expensive. do you have any idea how much ice is in the artic? to make a duplicat of that would take up a lot of space. also what material is it to be made of? how would you control the climate? how much money is this going to take out of our system every year?
