I recently switched to Safari 4 which was the worlds fastest browser at it's time, but now theres FireFox 3.5. What's your opinion?

I downloaded Firefox 3.5, as a usual user of Firefox, and I don't know about Safari 4, but Jesus' ass, it's fast.

Using Firefox 3.5 now. NG is running very quick with it. I'm liking it. I was using Chrome, but it has some issues. I haven't tried Safari too much.

I'm teh old school guy, I'm using Safari 3.5 and it's working great, I'm using it all the time.

I've never used Safari before, but frankly, I don't see any difference between the old firefox and the 3.5 version.

I guess it's kind of a trade-off for the browsers. Safari is definitely the faster of the two, yet its stripped-down nature is what allows it to be so. The lack of add-ons for Safari is probably enough of a turnoff for some people to stop using it, but for me, I certainly prefer the speed advantage over the customization. To each his own.

Just downloaded 3.5 about 5 minutes ago, and it is noticeably faster then 3. I'm happy with it. And I really like the add-ons way too much to switch to a different browser.

Haven't tried Chrome yet, and I don't think I would ever try Safari. But yes, Firefox 3.5 is noticeably much faster and smoother. Liking it very much :)

Ok, so what I got out of the comments and my opinion is this.
Firefox= Quantity Safari= Quality
Firefox= Variety Safari= Always the same, but fast.
If you don't use add-ons so much then Safari is a good choice. If you completely rely on add-ons then stick with Firefox.
I'm personally sticking to Safari because of it's speed and top sites list.

I prefer chrome. Safari may be fast, but it relies entirely on the cache. It displays out of date information and on the first load (or the first after clearing the cache) it runs really slowly. Firefox I like, but it's a bit slow.

I'll try this new Firefox, but definitely go with Firefox, if not Chrome, it's what I use most of the time.

I use Firefox the only other browser I used was internet explorerer which fails miserably. So I say Firefox is the best

Firefox is much better, its more customizable and makes web surfing much safer
and isnt Google Chrome the fastest browser? I read it in a magazine.

I use Firefox for customization and themes. Firefox is pretty fast at loading pages too. I think the fastest browser is Chrome. I dislike Safari.
